I’ve been getting in the Summer mood with enjoying this refreshing ice tea whilst day dreaming about my upcoming trip to Hydra and Salento in a few weeks time! Cannot wait. I always associate Ice tea with my bestie Sarah (the freddo pesca!) we would drink it religiously when we lived in Italy for 3 months in Summer 2006. Even though I’m sentimental towards the bottled sugary ice tea we drank in Puglia, once you’ve tasted homemade ice tea you can’t really go back. This ice tea so delicious, good for you and super easy to make. If you want to spruce it up a bit add some rum or vodka and instantly make it into a cocktail.
