What Vegans Eat

what-vegans-eat

I’m so excited because it’s time to launch my NEW bi-weekly blog series – What Vegans Eat. As some of you already know I became Vegan about 6 months ago. And I absolutely love it!

The question I get asked over and over again is ‘What DO you eat’? Well, I’m gonna tell ya. How? In the form of a food diary, which will be posted every two weeks from fellow plant based individuals. Why? There seems to be a lot of misconception that Vegans are either super health freaks, pale and wobbly or complete junk food addicts. I hope this series will open up people and show that Vegans are ‘normal’ and eat lots (probably way more than omnivores, actually)

So here goes… I’m doing the honours and kicking off the first post…

  1. Hi, love the sound of your meals! What about fruit in its raw fresh state? Do you not eat it, or just not list it? Look forward to more posts 🙂

    • Hi, thanks! Good question… I’m not a big fan of fruit…I’d say I prefer veg to fruit. I have bananas or blueberries in my smoothie every day and apples in my juice. I like eating melon for breakfast, but only in the Summer. And when I’m in Italy, I loooove eating apricots, peaches, plums, figs etc. X
