I eat a mainly wholefoods diet, with snacks and treats as and when I fancy them. I believe a little of what you fancy does you good. I love to drink green tea, fruit tea, and LOTS of water.

Day 1 / 16/05/2016

Breakfast: Cinnamon nice cream

Lunch: Chickpea, spinach, potato and cauliflower curry with rice and poppadoms

Dinner: Homemade wrap with homemade bean patties, salad (lettuce, onion, cucumber), and broccoli

Snacks: Flax seed 9Bar, lots of green tea and water

Day 2 / 17/05/2016

Breakfast: Banana oat pancakes

Lunch: Homemade wrap with homemade bean patties, salad (lettuce, onion, cucumber), and broccoli. Edamame beans with soy sauce, soy latte from Costa

Dinner: Bean chilli with rice, homemade tortilla chips and homemade guacamole

Snacks: Homemade flapjack, lots of green tea and water

Breakfast: Chocolate cherry nice cream

Lunch: Bean chilli with rice

Dinner: Homemade pizza

Snacks: Pumpkin 9Bar, lots of green tea and water

Breakfast: Chocolate nice cream

Lunch: Homemade pizza

Dinner: Roasted vegetables and cous cous

Snacks: Homemade flapjack

Breakfast: Banana oat pancakes

Lunch: Falafel and houmous box from Smorls, Open Market

Dinner: Bowl of potato wedges

Snacks: 3 Golden Oreos, 1 cup of tea with almond milk, lots of water

Breakfast: Chocolate nice cream

Lunch: Roasted vegetables and cous cous

Dinner: Chickpea, spinach, potato and cauliflower curry with rice and poppadoms

Snacks: 2 x homemade raspberry orange muffins, lots of water and 2 x cups of tea with soy milk

Breakfast: (Brunch) Potato rosti and small portion of chocolate nice cream

Lunch: See above for brunch

Dinner: Sriracha baked cauliflower and potato wedges

Snacks: Chocolate coconut donut and soy latte from Glazed Coffee, lots of green tea and water
